Development Plan

DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The development plan below shows the agreed upon targets, how these targets are going to achieved over a two week period, and how success will be measured.

Assess Stuart’s footwork and the number of fouls occurred during a game.
Agility and Speed
Improve Stuart’s result in the 505 agility test, compass drill and Sargent test.
1. Physical conditioning
2. Netball specific drills incorporating agility and speed
3. High intensity game situation.

Tactics
Score at least 80% on a tactical knowledge test

Shooting Technique
Increase the percentage of goals scored and shooting technique, and increase score of ‘Goal Shooting’ test (Task 2)
1. One-on-one on technique
2.  Practice movement into the circle and shooting
3. Pressurised situation (e.g. game)
Goal Shooting (Task 2), analyse Daniel’s use of shooting technique during a game.
Tactics
Score at least 80% on a tactical knowledge test
